We aim to provide a calm, respectful, and professional environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and seeking support. The information below outlines some practical details about appointments, fees, and clinic procedures.

Clinic Information

Appointments

Appointments are available by prior arrangement. As the clinic is located on private property, attendance is by appointment only.

Please contact us to discuss appointment availability, current fees, and any questions you may have before your first appointment.

Some appointments outside standard business hours may be available by arrangement.

Fees and Payments

Fees vary depending on the type and length of service provided. Please contact the clinic for current fee information.

Payment is required on the day of your appointment. Where eligible, Medicare rebates can generally be processed following payment.

Medicare Referrals

Clients with a current Mental Health Care Plan from their General Practitioner may be eligible for Medicare rebates for psychological services.

If you are unsure about your eligibility or referral requirements, our office will be happy to discuss these with you.

Appointment Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice where possible.

We understand that unexpected events and illness can occur. Please contact the clinic as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Cancellation fees may apply to late cancellations or missed appointments.

Health and Safety

To help maintain a safe environment for all clients, we ask that appointments be rescheduled if you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.

If you are uncertain whether your appointment should proceed, please contact the clinic and we will be happy to discuss available options.
